1. Scope and provider
These Terms apply to applications, websites and digital services published or operated under the Ant3Dstudio brand that link to these Terms (the “Services”). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the relevant Service, identified in its app store listing, purchase information or legal notice, operating under the Ant3Dstudio brand.
Features differ between projects. Provisions about accounts, online storage, sharing, purchases or subscriptions apply only when the relevant Service offers those features. A subscription or purchase covers only the products and benefits described in its offer; it does not automatically provide access to every Ant3Dstudio project.
Product-specific terms disclosed before you use a feature or make a purchase apply to that feature or purchase. For an application distributed through the App Store, the applicable EULA takes priority on matters concerning the application license. Mandatory legal rights always remain unaffected.
Review these Terms before using a Service. If you do not agree, do not begin using it. Separate agreements govern commissioned development work and purchases of physical goods.
2. Access and accounts
You must meet the age and eligibility requirements disclosed for the relevant Service and have the legal capacity or parental or guardian authorization required in your country. Store age ratings do not themselves establish legal capacity to enter an agreement.
If a Service requires an account, including AntID, provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or access an account without permission. An account is not required for Services that are offered without one.
3. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the Services for their intended purposes, subject to the applicable license and any limits disclosed for your plan. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, branding, designs and supplied materials. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of those materials.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or infringement of another person's rights.
- Do not disrupt the Services, introduce malicious code, bypass security or payment controls, or access systems or data without authorization.
- Do not redistribute our software or supplied assets except as their licenses allow. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and relevant open-source licenses.
Creating your own work with our tools does not by itself give us ownership of that work. Any separate license for bundled music, fonts, images, templates or other third-party assets still applies to their use in your projects.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you create, import or submit. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use it and for respecting other people's privacy and intellectual property.
If you choose to upload, sync or share content through a Service, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to process, store, transmit and display it only as necessary to provide the features you request. This does not grant us a general right to sell your content or use it in advertising. Content that remains solely on your device is not uploaded merely because these Terms exist.
Keep independent backups of important work. Where public sharing is available, we may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms or the law, with notice and an opportunity to contact us where appropriate.
5. Paid features and purchases
Some Services are free; others offer paid downloads, one-time purchases or subscriptions. The purchase screen identifies what is included, the applicable price and currency, and any relevant duration or usage limits. Review that information before confirming payment.
Payments made through an app store are processed under that store's payment terms. Other purchases follow the checkout terms presented by the identified seller. Availability and prices may vary by region and platform. Access on another platform, account or product is included only when the offer expressly says so.
For eligible App Store purchases, use the application's restore-purchases option where provided and sign in with the Apple Account used to buy them. Consumable items and access on other platforms may be subject to different rules.
For purchases billed by Apple, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined under Apple's applicable rules and the law. For purchases billed directly by us, contact support with your order details. Nothing here removes a statutory refund or withdrawal right.
6. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Where offered, a subscription provides the benefits described on its purchase screen for the stated billing period. The subscription name, duration, price and any trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase.
Apple billing and renewal
For an App Store subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a disclosed free trial becomes paid. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal. Apple handles billing according to the offer and its applicable subscription terms.
Managing and canceling
You can manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Cancel before the renewal date; Apple recommends canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting an app or an AntID account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
After canceling a paid subscription, access normally continues until the current paid period ends, subject to refunds, applicable law and the store's rules. Trial access may end sooner as disclosed by the store. Other providers' subscriptions must be managed through the provider that bills you.
Trials, changes and offers
Trials and introductory offers are available only when shown and subject to the stated eligibility rules. The purchase screen explains their length and the price afterward. Any price changes follow applicable law and the billing provider's notification and consent requirements.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes data handling and how to contact us about privacy. Consult any product-specific privacy disclosures as well. These Terms do not replace privacy notices, device permissions or consent where consent is required.
8. Third-party services
Optional integrations, external websites, stores and third-party materials may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before use. We do not control independently operated services, and their availability can change. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.
9. Availability, updates and support
Features and compatibility may differ between devices and versions. We may release updates to maintain security, fix issues or improve the Services. Online features require a suitable connection. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.
If we materially change or discontinue a paid Service, we will provide any notice, continued access, alternative or refund required by the purchase agreement and applicable law. Contact Ant3Dstudio for product support; contact the billing provider for store-account or payment issues.
10. Ending use or restricting access
You may stop using a Service at any time. Cancel any recurring subscription separately through its billing provider. If you have an account, use the available deletion controls or contact support for assistance.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, security threat or legal obligation. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to resolve the issue or challenge an error. Any treatment of prepaid access remains subject to the applicable agreement and law.
11. Liability and your legal rights
For App Store application licenses, warranty and liability matters are governed by the applicable EULA and mandatory law. For our other Services, we do not guarantee that every feature will be error-free or meet every individual requirement, but this does not exclude any legally required standard of care or conformity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or prevents you from using remedies or courts available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide advance notice of material changes where required. Where acceptance is legally required, we will request it. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms or a Service, contact Ant3Dstudio at support@ant3dstudio.com.
Please include the product name, platform and a description of your question. For purchase issues, include an order reference where available, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
